Sorry about that guys...I was late with the kick-off post. It is now live on the blog. Link up there in the top of this thread.

I'll also keep a tally of non-Christmas books read.
Non-Christmas/Winter Books Read:

I'll choose the Mistletoe level since this wasn't on my radar until this week. Of course I'll participate in Fa La La Films! I've already watched a couple of Hallmark Christmas movies this week.
I always want to read more Christmas books, so this will give me the push I need to choose those over non-holiday fare!

And I'm trying to get 2 more categories read for Castle Macabre's I Read Horror Year-Round Reading Challenge. Unfortunately, I won't get around to reading

Non-Christmas/Winter Books Read:

I hope you can eventually get to What Moves The Dead someday. It is very good.

I really loved

The holiday season is always evident during this challenge. Not as many updates, growing tired of Christmas reads. lol
I managed to read two Christmas books and that's going to be it for me.
and
Just a handful of days left. Hope the reading is going well, even if you're no longer reading holiday books. I have a historical romance to read for review (as a favor...I do not normally read that genre) and I'm going to try to squeeze in one more horror novel. We'll see. lol

I chose Mistletoe level, but definitely should have chosen Christmas Tree! The Christmas books read for the challenge are
- Holiday Murder by Leslie Meier which technically counts as two books! ;-)

- The Twelve Days of Murder by Andreina Cordani
- Christmas Wishes: An Irish Tradition by J.L. Lawrence
- A Wreath of Snow: A Victorian Christmas Novella by Liz Curtis Higgs
- What Child Is This by Rhys Bowen

Plus I should finish The Christmas Angel Project by Melody Carlson by the end of the week.
Update: Finished
- The Christmas Angel Project by Melody Carlson
- Christmas Corpse by Mona Marple
- The Night Before Christmas in North Carolina by Sue Carabine
The non-Christmas books read during the challenge are
- Her Hidden Genius by Marie Benedict
- Catch Her Death by Melinda Leigh
- Five Survive by Holly Jackson
Plus I should finish The Untitled Books by C.J. Archer by the end of the week. Update: Finished!

- It's A Wonderful Life
- A Christmas Story
- White Christmas
Hallmark Christmas movies watched:
- A Merry Scottish Christmas
- Navigating Christmas
- Holiday Road
- Our Christmas Mural
- Catch Me If You Claus
- Christmas in Notting Hill

- My Norwegian Holiday
- Magic in Mistletoe
- Round and Round
- Never Been Chris’d

Plus I'm watching Heaven Down Here right now. Update: Finished! Plus watched

Awesome! I watched a lot too. Every new Hallmark movie except for one or two. Plus a few older ones. And then old favorites like A Christmas Carol, White Christmas, Elf, etc.
