Here is why I hate page length tasks: I have a copy ofDark Ride in my hand, (Hard cover bought from The Poison Pen a reputable book seller)and the number of pages in the book is listed as 241 to the end of the story. With the acknowledgments 244. However the book as listed by Goodreads is 248. Therefore I can't use this book for this because it can't have a page number over 6.

So we just have to go by the GR page count regardless.
If your copy doesn't agree with the page count on the Goodreads book page, you can ask a librarian to fix the record. There is a thread "anyone with librarian status" in the General Help folder.
I also had this problem with a book that I just read for this task. I usually scan the bar code from my phone to come up with the edition that I read, and it matched the # of pages, which was 352, however, when I went to post it, it came up as a book with 368 pages. I already returned the book today, so I rescan it, but will try to see if I can find an edition with the correct number of pages as to what I read.

Dice are a common staple in games, and while many newer games (especially roleplaying games) use fancy custom dice, there are still multiple games out there based entirely around the traditional D6, from Yacht to Dudo to Bunco.
Read a book whose page count consists solely of numbers found on a traditional six-sided die: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6. Digits may appear multiple times.
