Tawnya | 4065 comments I have come across a few authors whose names are all caps that will not stay corrected. "e.e. cummings" has always irked me for not following the proper name etiquette. This appears to be the same issue, but in reverse. Here is the latest one I came across:
https://www.goodreads.com/book/edit/1...

I tried various ways to change it to include deleting the author and replacing them with a dummy name. As soon as I entered the correct (oy I cannot think of the word) what-have-you it changed back. I was wondering if this is the way it is supposed to be.

David Raz (davidraz) | 13061 comments This is a very old (and annoying) UI bug.
The simplest way around it is to edit the author page instead of editing the book page. If this fails because the author page is taken, another trick that sometimes works is to remove one letter from the author name, then add the correct one.

You don't need a superlibrarian to answer these questions, please use the Questions folder. I'm pretty sure you will also get a better answer there.
