Please change status from "invalid" to "public" for two OTOMO THE COMPLETE WORKS books

The following two books are incorrectly marked as "invalid":

I am a librarian, and fixed the content but can't change the status back to "public." It says "This status can't be changed as it has been set by an administrator."
