8. The format should be Audio CD, you're correct. My mistake.

I already change the format in #8. However, I'm not sure in #5 and #7.
Replacing or removing the cover of an existing edition, including the covers of advance reader copies, is in violation of Goodreads policy

There's a reason the librarian group has an entire folder for cover art issues.
I'll mark this thread as complete and raise the issues with the Kindle and ebook cover art in that folder. Thanks for all of your help!
