Katy Lovejoy | 75 comments I don't mean how many books can you read in a year I mean more creative.

Like my experiment year in 2021, where I only read books I've never read before that was the only criteria.

Or my mystery month (October)

My idea for 2024 is read through the library in alphabetical order.

Anyone else tried something like that?

Christine Mathieu | 948 comments My plan for 2025 is to read my 400+ children's books one more time.
Next year I plan to read books that I haven't read before (which is hard for me to do, because I have favorite novels which I like to reread every 4 or 5 years).

That's huge. Good luck if you're challenging yourself to do it. I would love to do something that like.

I've got quite a lot on StoryGraph. If you use that, feel free to join:

https://app.thestorygraph.com/reading... - october themes 23

https://app.thestorygraph.com/reading... - Inktober

These are my own. There are plenty more from other users there, though. Really recommended to sweeten up your reading months a little! ^^

Reading in alphabetical order is an interesting Challenge. The Alphabet challenge on SG that I linked, is similar – it's basically to have a book for at least every letter of the alphabet, at the end of the year.

sarah | 289 comments I've never really thought about "Reading Challenges" as a creative venue but ok I see see what your talking about and I love it. this coming year I will challenge myself more creatively, with themes and maybe even a field trips (lol). Like if I read about nothing but TEAS I'll go visit a tea store or if I read books with ocean themes go to the beach. I absolutely love this idea and thank you guys for talking about it and sharing your own creativity. happy reading y'all☺
