Book title seems to have an error in it (Dutch)

I just noticed that this book:

has an error in the title. It has to be "Het Huis Op Kippenpoten" instead of "Het Huis Met Kippenpoten".

You can see on the book cover that the title mentioned is wrong, as well.

Corrected.

Also added illustrator and translator, and changed page count from 312 to 297, according to library site.

If you have the book yourself, could you check which is the number of the last page belonging to the book (i.e. without adverts and previews of other books)?
