I think that is primary for book covers.
This book is published only in Macedonia by Macedonian publisher, and in the link there are no Macedonian publishers.
The book cannot be found on https://worldcat.org/ or similar.

I also have personal copy and the page count is 202.

What you do in case like this, you leave the book with out page count?

P.S. I've checked some page number requests, none of them have proof for the page count.
