A book you can't STAND and why

Honestly just horrible plot, characters, forced fantasy and the romantic parts weren’t even that good… like I can’t just name a part of that book that I enjoyed I was just reading and hopping that it would get better at some point.
btw the end is SO PREDICTABLE 😀

its straight up wattpad and i hated all of the characters
WHY DID HE SING?
ava was insufferable and alex was a literal criminal

The writing is very bad. The plot is too complicated and doesn't seem to go anywhere. It is the only book I have ever dnf'd.

I 100% agree, it's the worse book I've ever read. I anyone likes it, please educate me on why... I'm concerned on your behalf

The entire action of the book was just so boring for me. Everything was also so predictable that I could not enjoy the book at all. Don't know if i will ever return to it to give a chance to the rest of the series.

I haven’t read the other books but I’ve seen people swoon over Aaron just based on the first book alone. The book was so bad that I now have no interest to start the other books

I wanted to love it so bad!!! but you're 100% right lol

I was so excited to read about Stella but then she was just... so annoying at times. I'm not hating on this book, but I found this one much more difficult to read then the others.

It was astonishingly chaotic. and not in a good way. Its supposed to be an Enemy to lover trope, but if you have any morals for self-respect, respect in general, standards, don't read. I swear I got a headache with every chapter, and it kinda romanticizes a very bad eating disorder. but not only that, it's not even realistic about it. it's like a girls dream to eat cake and not gain an ounce. and the writing is just, ugh, it's bearable because everyone there is stupid. oh and it doesn't even have what I bought the book for... spice... it lacks spice, ENTIRELY

That book was soooooo boring and the MCs were both annoying. Also the plot wasn't that good either.
I'll give a point to the end, because I wasn't expecting it, but I guess that's it

I read both though I liked it told the story to my friend and realised it was actually shit like worst book I’ve read in my life. I had a hard time reading the cruel prince but I liked it but Colleen hoover is something else I read them so fast I didn’t even realise that I hated it I just realised when I think of positive things about this book, and I found none 😭😭

-normal people
everyone and everything was annoying i don’t even know why i didn’t dnf it because PLS i have trust issues because of this book, i read it only because of steph bohrer and now i don’t trust her recommendations at all even though i love her
-ugly love
i don’t have to explain this
-the after series
DONT ASK ME WHY I READ THE WHOLE SERIES
-twisted love
no pls what was that
-the spanish love deception
cringe af
-one of us is lying
boooooring and the romance was awful
-we’ll always have summer
I WAS SO ANGRY

Haunting adeline - h.d. Carlton
No character development in both books

I read this so fast and i was so confused, i wanted to know why what or how this happened in the book, but the info was so little and i didnt like the sotryline or the characters. Their wasn’t any character development that made me know or feel the character. It was literally some rubbish, and a 10 year old can wright better.

I would actually love to pick your brain more on that thought! Why do you think it's fun to read/hear negative comments more than positive ones?
(I definitely agree, but I'd love to hear some insight!)
normal people
