#1 - I found the author of the quotes, but in my opinion he is not notable. I have started deleting but this is tedious stuff, so I will chip in every now & then.

Anything like this must be left to staff, as they have to delete the profile as well. Librarians can't do that.

These have been done. Please allow at least 40 minutes for them to completely disappear.

This person is not an author, I Googled the name and found it belongs to an artist. There could be another person of the name of course. We have one member of this name, no quotes on their page. No books go with these quotes. The quotes are numerous and in Bulgarian. Luckily, Google translates Bulgarian. Examples:

#11 done. In future if you are contacting staff about a quote, ask them delete it as well. I believe (but don't know for sure) they have a bulk editing tool for spam quotes - & IMO these are spam.You (or another librarian) may want to check if all the ones before #11 have been done.
& as I said in the other thread, please don't go over the page, adding more. These sorts of edits very time consuming for librarians.
Thank you, Carol, that's great. I know if all the quotes are posted by one profile, and the staff remove that profile, let's say it's a marketer, all their posts will go too incl. quotes. I don't know if they can bulk edit otherwise. But if it's not easy for me to see who posted a quote, maybe they can't tell either.
Once you think the items are spam I can tell the staff that and see if they will look again.

It would be good to find out though. I will ask Support next time I contact them.
& much to my surprise I find it doesn't seem to be possible to flag quotes.
Hi Carol, The staff have been kindly working on this issue for us. They tell me they don't have a bulk removal tool. Progress looks good and it will take a little longer to complete.

32.1 There is someone who may be notable of this name but not the same person. All deleted. If he re-adds, you may want to contact Support so they can tell him not to - & also he has put contact details on his profile which is a very bad idea!32.2 Done & corrected a typo in the Eminem quote.
33 In the brief time since you posted about this member he added another 10 quotes. Done. If he posts again please contact Support so they can tell him not to do this. When the Moderator returns from maternity leave, I might suggest some sort of Pop up Message - like the authors have to already be on Goodreads or otherwise be a notable person.

#34 I deleted the ones I couldn't find online and moved a few to a new profile, since an ex-minister with that name was attributed but I think it was not this author.Also moved the quotes I found that belonged to other people.
#35-36 Done, couldn't find the quotes anywhere.
