I'll probably finish the book I'm reading now in about a week. So then I'll start this one as well.

part 1 (view spoiler)[ I can understand Addie wanted to be her own person, to escape but making a deal with the devil was not the way. it's interesting the concept of when they turn their backs they don't remember her, she hurts herself nothing happens. for a few moments she exists to people and then she just becomes invisible. I wonder how many times she fell in love (hide spoiler)]

Part 2 (view spoiler)[ he really screwed her over. she has no money and has to prostitute herself to barely survive. he says she wanted freedom but the cost is her bring invisible and poor. love the fact that she's stays strong to prove to him that she will not give up. I finished
(view spoiler)[The characters were great but it was more of a Addie and Luc's story. Pretty much a sad story, even though she said that some parts of her life was good she had a lot of hardships even meeting Henty was amazing it still ended sadly but she made her choice for him. It was interesting why Henry was able to remember her. Fun play with the title of the book and Henry's book. The dedication in his book was beautiful (hide spoiler)]

So, did what I said and started yesterday evening and I'm very intrigued! Currently on chapter 8.

(view spoiler)[ I'm very curious who Addie made a deal with and why and also what the deal entails. I'm curious how the story will unfold as well; will she ever find someone who will remember her or find a way to end this curse or even her life? Can't wait to continue! (hide spoiler)]

Finished part 1!

(view spoiler)[ I can understand that wish too, but this is quite an extreme way to make the wish come true. As said in my previous message, I'm very intrigued with what the invisibility entails precisely and I have the idea that this boy from the bookshop in the last chapter of part 1 is going to return to the story. I do absolutely love how Addie loves reading and steals books (and returns them when possible). I'm also interested in how she got so good at deceiving people, but also indeed how many times she fell in love and had her heart broken. It is indeed a very very lonely life she's leading.. I did finally finish the book. (view spoiler)[ You knew the ending was going to be sad, but I actually didn't cry. I think it was beautiful. I also really enjoyed the way Henry published the book and it was this book. And how she helped him to move on with his life and make something from it. I did also love the characters, but am sad we didn't see more of Henry's friends. And of the actual intentions of Luc. It was a good book, but not great (hide spoiler)]
