Welcome to fae café by Jennifer Kropf. It's more cozy fantasy and not a murder mystery but in the book it's also autumn / fall and later winter and it's funny and kind of sweet. So I think it would be perfect for this time of the year.

A murder mystery I would recommend is a good girls guide to murder by Holly Jackson. The characters and the plot are really good.

I second If We Were Villians and A Good Girl's Guide to Murder. I loved both of those! I also loved Truly Devious. You can never go wrong with Agatha Christie as well. My favorite is And Then There Were None.
