[COMPLETE] Adjust book inclusion and order in series

Hello, I have two series I'd like to get re-organized please.

First, "The Keepers of Midgate" should include, in this order: 1) "Liberation", 2) "Sundering", and 3) "Schism".

Second, the "Stories of Midgate" should include, in this order: 1) "Marked", 2) "Myrmaiden", 3) "Desert Rose", and 4) "The Chronicles of Thordrin".

All book records already exist. They merely need re-assignment in the right series and order. Thank you so very much!
