Should I read Fourth Wing? Is it worth it the hype?

yes i read it so fast and already preordered the next one. It was genuinely one of the best books i’ve read and it was very interesting. i never thought i would’ve liked it that much due to all the hype but it definitely lived up to it.
Yes! It is worth the hype. I just finished it today. Pretty slow when I started. But you'll get hooked in no time!!! Can't wait for the second book.
in my opinion, no it isnt worth the hype. it is ur typical fantasy romance book; petite girl who never fails to remind u how petite she is is the chosen one, she falls in love w the 'morally gray" bad boy whos a giant in comparison to her, she has a childhood best friend/crush that constantly underestimates her in order for the reader to like the love interest more. bad writing, no worldbuilding, bad characters, bad storytelling. its just average. its every basic 2010s fantasy book combined.
I don’t find it’s worth the hype
I enjoyed it but not five stars because the romance wasn’t very well developed (among other things) but the plot was really good, and I loved the dragons. Honestly, I don’t think it’s worth the hype but I still liked it even though it was a disappointment so read it because there’s a high chance you’ll love it- honestly, I was disappointed that I didn’t - and even if u don’t love it it’s still a good read :)
If you are into fantasy romance books then yes. It's a good read and the story started to improve through the book's latest pages so I believe the second book will be even better. It's both a good read and a fun time. It's worth the shot.
YES!! but I recommend reading it in a wee while as the second book is coming out on 7th November and waiting for that is EXCRUCIATING
I love it & thought it was worth the hype! But I’m very easy to please with fantasy works. An author could hand me a steaming pile of garbage with a dragon in it and I would devour it & give it 5 stars. I made the mistake of reading this book while I was moving and I was trying to pick up this book in every free moment I had that wasn’t loading up the UHaul.
It is definitely worth the hype:in terms of fantasy, the world is really good, understandable and explained really well
in terms of the romance: typical enemies to lovers/forbidden love with slowburn
i stayed awake all night just finishing the book and rate it 5 stars

The thing is I read We Hunt the Flame duology and did not like it, felt over-hyped. I'm hesitant about this one
Definitely not. Sooooo not worth the hype. I actually skimmed the last part to save myself from boredom. Not Worth The Hype!!!!
I began seeing it all over Facebook book groups and knew I needed to try it out. It’s definitely worth the hype, I haven’t enjoyed a book like that in ages. The author did an amazing job.

I just started this book, multiple chapters in (5) .. it’s great from the first page! Definitely get a copy and start! Second one is out Nov 7 or 9 (i’m forgetting lol) 😊

let me tell you i was one person who couldn’t get into this book but when i decided to give it another try, oh lord am i obsessed! i loved every part of it and i couldn’t put it down
Yes, I absolutely think it’s worth the hype. I absolutely devoured fourth wing and right now is a perfect time to read it because it’s only a few days till book #2 is released!
