The edition you linked to was clearly added in error by a bot as it had publication date of 1724, as it had no ratings I have merged it into main edition.Did the 1967 edition really have an ISBN, it seems very early.
Vintage printed the following on the front face left side with type going up the page (sideways as you look head on): "$5.95 V-33 394-70033-3. Is 394-70033-3 not the ISBN 10? I understand about Google Books not being an acceptable source. I try to use WorldCat whenever possible, but in cases like this one, I was unable to find the exact edition on WorldCat. Without having the ISBN 13, or a clearly identifiable ISBN 10, it makes it tough to find a good reference for this that is acceptable.

One thing is problematic with the one that you merged it into - the 1967 Vintage has 198 pages. The 1992 version, which you merged into, has 256.

The edition I merged had no page numbers, no ISBN and publication date of 1724 - it had no ratings or reviews. Once we can establish if there was a 1967 Vintage paperback it can easily be added. Worldcat only gives 1967 as copyright date so it could easily have a later publication date.

I don't think this can be the 1967 edition so have not given a publication date. Here is Amazon listing for 1967 edition https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/0... note that it shows a cover price of $1.95 but your book shows $5.95
Thanks. Listing it as "an earlier edition" is fine. I agree with you that it probably isn't 1967 based on the cover price, but we really don't know what date it is. What I do know is that it has 198 pages. (Forgot to share this one with you.) Could you please update the page count. It would be greatly appreciated.

According to Google Books, this was published in October 1967 and has 198 pages. They list the ISBN 13 as 9780394700335 and the ISBN 10 as 0394700333
