-haddix sighed- " i dont get how akio can be so... calm.. all the time... even when his girlfriend is yelling at him..." -he shook his head-

"This is just like last time..." He was shaking. He still hadn't pitched his voice down, so it came out unrecognizable as him.
Rio sat down next to Jasper and rubbed his back

"Do you need to cry more?" Rio asked with a hum
"Maybe..." He didn't really think it would go over well.
"Do you want to lean onto me?" He massaged the other's back
"Yeah... that sounds nice... thank you..."
He leans heavily into Rio, warm, salty wetness spreading from that point.
Rio held Jasper while rubbing his back softly. "Let it out baby"
It was silent, but there. His breathing was hiccuping, but other than that he was still as a statue.
Jasper can't even bring himself to say anything to her.
Rio looked over to Nova "be safe out there." He said while rocking Jasper slowly
Rio now had a worried look on his face as he looked between the two.
Jasper manages to sit up. "S-sorry for ruining your shirt..." He stares downward, any trace of his usual self gone, along with any force or pitching to his voice.
"It's okay, it's just a shirt Jaz" He petted the other's head softly before running his hand through his hair.
He tried for a smile, but it came out a grimace. "It just can't end up like last time..."
"Last time?" Rio questioned while tilting his head
"It'll take a little explaining, but... our parents had just died in an accident. there was a fight, just like this, and one of us ran, just like this, but... instead of Nova being the one to disconnect, I did... Like with everything, I just... ran... and look how that ended up." He laughed pitifully.
"Dead in an alleyway at seventeen, no job, no friends, no education, with more coke in my system than should have been possible. I can't let anything like that happen to her..."
You can almost taste the bitterness when he says "Every day I live in fear that she'll go down that same road, and now... I might've just pushed her onto it."
Jasper squeaks slightly, not sure if she knew what he had said. "How much of that did you hear!?"
"And now you're going to be even more mad, right?" he sighs, ready for her fiery tongue.
"Yeah... you've been on the receiving end far too long..." his tone was thick with guilt and shame.

"Hey, just promise you won't make the same mistakes I did..." He started to pitch his voice down, taking on a grave tone.He reached to cup her face, his grinning, confident facade completely abandoned.

He smiled slightly, glad to see her in a good mood. "I should probably go wash my face..." he said softly, pointing at that mess up there
he walks into the bathroom, reappearing shortly without any eyeliner smeared down his cheeks, though not reapplied.
(sorry, got caught)"What, it's been... three years, since I didn't reapply?" a smile touches his lips, a true Duchenne, but it's small.
"Heh, not since..." it fades again.

I threw up halfway in the movie at the dog scene XD )) Simon seemed to be watching the T.V "hmm..."

I was eating popcorn and whenever I eat it I get sick!!!!! :< )) Simon seemed to be watching a scary movie
(ah)Jasper, always the horror nerd, noticed a scream. "Ooh, whatcha watching?"
"I'm watching The Thing! Wanna watch" Simon cringed as he watched a bit, but he didn't looked scared
"Ooh, sure!" He notices Nova's reaction and reaches into the desk. "Here, these'll help." He tosses her a pair of earplugs.
Jasper grabs a bag of popcorn from the cupboard, plopping down on the couch.
"What's happening?"
