"...who're you?"Jaz had stolen his guitar back and had been noodling.
"friend of Sam. said i could bardge in when i wanted"
"Fair. That's what he did,"He was still noodling around, but it was turning into a melody.
she grabbed an apple "nice song" missy put her headphones around her neck, turning down the music
"Just fuckin' around."He continued strumming, humming along. It eventually turned into 'Cut Me Clean' by Johnnie Guilbert.
"Cobwebs sing from my eyelids
Waiting for the fog to show your skin
Rip me from the ice cold mirror wall

"so your jaz…" she said after a minute
He hit a sour chord."...What's that supposed to mean?"
"nothing im just talking outloud." she sat on the counter,
He seemed partially offended, but mostly confused.
"sam said you randomly sang songs. and that your hair tastes weird"
"...oh, right, the bat thing. Also, this ain't random, I've been fuckin' around since before you came in,"He continued strumming, switching to 'Vampire'. Apparently he was in a Johnnie mood-
"Can't stop all the things you do

she jumped down, walking to the bathroom and looking in the mirror "i want to go bald again" she mumbled, undoing her braids
"...again?"
"i shave my head every few years. its been like 2…wait no 3"
"Huh, cool,"
she shrugs "i like a fresh start" her purple hair was wavy and untamed "you have scissors i can use?"
He snapped, and a pair of scissors appear."Need a razor, too? Actual kind, not a plastic... whatever the fuck people use in the shower. Dunno, never used 'em for intended purposes."
"yeah sure. thanks by the way" she had hairs ties on her wrist, sectioning off her hair. missy grabbed a section and started cutting above the hairtie, when it was fully cut she started on another, continuing until her hair was in uneven lengths, all close to her scalp
He surrendered an electric razor, the type meant for cutting hair."Don't do anything stupid."
"its just hair" shhe turned it on and shave a line down the center of her head
"Still, razors can do some shit,"
"i have bled from a razor one to many times" she slowly shaved the rest of her hair, one little part left.
"Know how that feels..."He rubbed his arm, eyes closed, lost in thought.
she braided the little part "you good?"
"Yeah. Just zoned out."He shook out like a wet dog, ending up with a mouthful of hair which he spat out.
"Hey, pass the scissors,"
she snapped and the scissors appeard infront of him. "howd i look?" she turned toward him the tiny braid smaking her eye
"...what's with the braid?"He wiped off the scissors, quickly combing through his hair and spritzing a little water before starting to slice it down to where his roots were showing.
"im going to cut it off. just wanted to braid it" she grabbed the razor and shaved it off, dangling a braid between her fingers. "now im bald"
"Hehe, yeah,"His hair was mostly chopped off by now, short and kinda spiky where it was.
"wow i started something didnt i?" she jumped back on the counter
"Nah, been plannin' on this for a while. Gonna dye it bright red and do little liberty spikes."
"i might go green. or silver. havent done silver yet" she picks up her headphone and puts them back around her neck
"Got the dye, if you need it,"
(my mom might have accidentally taken my Converse to Goodwill. she said when we go Back to school shoppimg she'll get me new ones)
(oh noooooooo)"A'ight, what color?"
"silver. or gray. same thing"(ive beenlooking for them for weeks. thankfully they were a gift from a friend so my parents didnt buy them. )
(oh god)"Not the same thing."
He pulled out two boxes.
"Silver is more shimmery and light, gray has less sheen and more body."
"silver then"(i wanted to but beads on the laces. now i have to wait)
(I got skull beads if you want)"A'ight,"
he tossed the silver dye over.
(i have a few)she caught it "thanks" heading back into the bathroomnshe shut the door. a few minutes later she walked back out with silver hair
(guess who just gave his friend bangssssss)"Damn, surprised that went so fast."
(yeee they love themmmm)"It takes a half-hour to set, man-"
