``That would be helpful`` She said before transforming back and forth.
"ill be right back-" he whispered, getting up and walking to the kitchen, with a slight limp
She nodded, curling up into a ball, whimpering from the pain.
he came back with a glass of water
(whats wrong?)She grabbed the glass, downing the water in it.
(my grades)he sat next to her "feel a bit better?"
(oh shitttt-)``A little`` She said, holding her head in her hands.
(im overreacting bc its 3 Bs and the rest As but my dad wants me to have all As so.....)he kissed her forehead "anything else?"
(Thats a lot better than meeee)``I dont think so``

(B's arnt that bad i dont think)``Mhm...``
(they arent but my dad wanted all As.)"okay...." he looked around the room
(well ur dad sucks)She laid her head down, closing her eyes.
(true. though my mom isnt any better. doesn't care about grades but is stricter about other things. cussing, going to church, etc)"youve been sleeping a lot, you feel okay?"
Her skin was hot, and clammy. ``I-I'm cold``
"youre really warm-i think youre sick" he whispered
She groaned, ``I cant be sick....i have to care for your leg``
"my leg is fine" he whispered, kissing her forehead again "just a limp"
``But- i dont wanna sleep!`` She said.
"you need to. here ill be next to you"
``But i really dont want to sleep`` She said, starting to cry.
he pulled Ada into a hug "you need to, if you want to get better"
She hugged back, shaking. She was both cold and hot at the same time.
She kept her eyes open, really not wanting to sleep.
She got off the couch, stumbling to the bathroom.
he leaned back on the couch, breathing slow but shaky
She sighed, starting to wash her face. ``Nope, im not sick- maybe a bit hot thats it``
"youre sick, you need more rest"
Jaz bursts in, visibly shaken."The squirrels tried to steal my liver-"
"hey jaz" he said, staring at the ceiling "I'm not even going to ask"
"Better that you don't, probably..."he didn't have the energy or motivation to keep up the little bit of magic that hid his true form, meaning he looked... well, a lot different. Less muscular, more straggly, bruise-like dark circles under his eyes, more scars than any living being should have.

She walked back out of the bathroom, and fell onto the cold floor. ``I want to lay here foreverrr``

"This is how I really look... not gonna bother with the magic and shit."upon removing his shoes (he was wearing platform boots) it reveals that he was a few inches shorter, as well. Also, upon closer look, he had a little bit of acne, and the stubble was patchier.
he rubs his temples "i need ice-" he gets up and limps to the kitchen
Adaline transformed into a wolf, and then back to a human multiple times. Blake was still fast asleep, not even being shaken would wake him up.
"What's with the limp?"
She tried getting up, although failed. ``I saved you...`` She said, lifting up her head.
"Not gonna question it."Jaz waved his hand, and an ice pack flew over.
"There."
