Slowly Rio fell asleep again with a purr like sound.

At that point Jasper was already asleep, again not breathing.(time skip?)
Rio snored and slept peacefully against the other(Mhmm!))
-official time skip thingy-He started to stir, careful not to move too much.
Rio was tightly attached to the male while snoring
Jaz gave a contented sigh and lay still, wondering how he got so lucky.
Rio scratched at Jasper's side slightly
He sucked in a hiss, maneuvering gently.
He moved around before rolling over
Jasper quietly slipped off the bed to get dressed and clean up at least a bit... the alcove had gotten quite messy over the past week or so.
Rio drooled and curled up onto himself with a yawn.
"Waking up there?" His voice was gravelly with sleep, and he had just changed into a fresh band tee and jeans.
He slowly turned over and looked over to Jasper "nooopeee"
He gave a soft laugh, tossing a few things into a hamper. "You'll have to at some point,"
"Noooo, I wanna sleeepp moreee" He whined loudly
"I will admit, sleep is tantalizing, but there's coffee to be made and places to explore,"
"I hate coffee so lemme sleeeepppp"
"There's also hot chocolate with extra marshmallows..." he added a little singsong tone to this.
Rio shot up quickly while looking around before bouncing off of the bed and over to Jasper. "Where?"
"In the kitchen," He cracked a smile, knowing the large bag of marshmallows stashed in the pantry would come in handy.
Rio's eyes sparkled before bouncing off to the kitchen. "Yayy!"
Grabbing the bag from the back of the pantry, Jasper frowned. "Someone ate my marshmallows. At least there are some left though," He put a large amount of marshmallows in a mug of steaming hot chocolate with a stupid lefty joke on the side.
Rio pouted at the now empty bag before looking at Jasper with a sad look on his face as he whined quietly.
"What?" He popped a pod into the coffeemaker, another dumb mug placed under it.
He leaned onto him while reaching out for the mug of hot chocolate
"Not enough marshmallows?"
"There aren't anymore, I'd have to swing by the store or something... want me to do that real quick?"
Rio looked up to him before slowly nodding with his wide eyes.
"Alright, be right back then," He walks through the nearest wall, returning shortly with a large bag of marshmallows. "Gonna have to hide these better,"
Rio sat in a chair while smiling at the marshmallow bag. "Marshhhyyymalloooowss"
Jasper let out a laugh, handing Rio the bad as he grabbed his coffee.
Rio licked his lips before taking out a few marshmallows "do ya got some hot chocolatee?"
"Nah, just coffee," He propped his head up on an elbow, and having neglected to put on arm warmers or a hoodie, the scars along his arms were glaringly obvious.
Rio pouted before shoving a marshmallow into his mouth as his eyes wandered over to Jasper's scars.
He noticed this, acknowledging, "They're all pretty old..."
He slowly ran his finger over them "wow, I've never seen such wonderful scars before."
"Old wound from past lives...?"
"They mean you've survived something hard and got past it."
"Never thought of it that way..."
"I might..." he gave a small, closed-lipped smile.
Rio stood up before waddling over to Jasper "here come get a marshy"
With a small laugh, he took a marshmallow and popped it into his mouth. "There, happy?"
He nodded quickly before leaning onto with a small chuckle. "Very!"
He chewed the marshmallow thoughtfully, deciding to toss one in his coffee.
Rio watched him before kissing his neck softly
Jaz returned it with a kiss on the nose.
Rio looked at his nose with a soft squeak
