      Yes, I thought he had removed the evidence from the file. When Tracy confronted him at the golf course, I thought he decided it would be in his best interest to return the evidence, so he mailed it to her. I really didn't even think about the possibility that it was someone else.
    
      I was on the same path, Robin. Moss Gunderson was such a jerk and a corrupt cop, I was almost sure he was the one.
    
        
      I was sure it was Moss. This guy was so corrupt that he seemed to be the obvious choice. But I couldn’t figure out why he mailed it back. The disk clearly exposed how he hadn’t done his job. So I continued to struggle with that.
    
  
  
  
      I knew Moss was a bad cop, but I didn't think he mailed the disk. I thought Nolasco had the disk, and didn't want to share it with Tracy directly because of the bad blood between them. In my head, I felt like Nolasco knew something was going on, and he didn't want the disk to disappear.
