Can A Superlibrarian Please Add Cover?

The cover isn't showing amongst my favourite books or in my 'read' column. It just has a picture of the goodreads icon, a book with the goodreads 'g' in the middle of it.

When I click on the book itself, the cover changes to a book with a love heart in the centre of it...

However, when I see the author's list of books, I can see it clearly has a yellow cover, but for some reason it's not appearing on my shelves.

I have been advised this by a librarian:
That edition gives no details to identify it (date, publisher, ISBN etc.) so an image cannot be added.
Due to the number of reviews it cannot be deleted/merged by a librarian, you would need to ask for help from superlibrarians.
