Comic's author fields

Hi, I've a doubt regarding comic's autor field's.
I've found several comics that list the text writer as the primary author.
Is it right?
Should the creator of the comic appear too?
I've read here https://help.goodreads.com/s/article/..., but i'm still doubtfull.

The text writer is always first on any book.
Not sure what you mean by creator as anyone involved with the comic is referred to as a creator.
