Combining Editions

I am the author of a book with two listings on Goodreads. The hardcover has a single listing and the paperback and ebook are combined in a second listing.

All three formats of the book have the same editorial and reader reviews showing on Amazon though the hardcover and paperback have different publication dates (July 19 and July 30, 2023, respectively).

Is there a way to combine my two listings on Goodreads?
