how do you all organize your book tabs?

I'm wondering if you use book tabs based on color. For example, red is a favorite moment, blue is sad moments, and green is funny moments. If so, how do you organize it?

for me when I am Annotating I color coordinate. like for example when I'm Annotating my KOTLC books Pink is for SoKeefe, Blue is for funny Keefe moments, Orange is for things that might be important later, etc. etc.

I don't color code them. But in my defence, I only recently started annotating. I've only done it with 2 books. I highlight and tab whatever I like, and all the tabs are of the same color.

But I do like it if they match the book cover. For example, I used orange tabs for Circe.
