Keeley turns to Cole for comfort early on. Was it understandable that she'd do this? Should Cole have exercised more control or was he just as vulnerable? Your thoughts?

Their relationship seemed very natural and realistic. Keeley was over her husband and was at her most vulnerable so she did have the strength to be superficial with her feelings so went with what came to her - trust and attraction. After what Cole has been through I think he knew that Keeley was his future. He seen everything and knowing that life can be short he had to go for it. Plus, he was finally feeling something after feeling hurt and then nothing for so long.

They were both as vulnerable as each other and with no entanglements, early on was fine by me.

It seemed realistic to me as this is supposedly normal behavior when under this kind of stress.

I read it as something life-affirming when affirmation was needed for both of them.
