SOLVED. Vampire Romance where vampire hero is half human and dying

I read this book last year but not sure on publishing year. The way it’s written I think after 2012.
Synopsis; Vampire is actually half human and half vampire. He has a human dad and a vampire mum and a vampire grandmother. The heroine is the only one they can save the vampire from dying! I just do not remember what she does to help him. I remember a scene where human h is at H vampires house (where he lives with his vampire family) and his mum and grandmother are spying on them to kiss.
It is a romance, sweet, low stakes despite the vampire dying. I remember HEA and it’s set in present day not a fantasy world.
