He is a man on the verge of losing his entire world. What is his world, you ask. Excalibur. It’s a weight loss and wellness center, a wonderful place overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean that Steve built himself (with a little help from some of his friends) from the ground up. There are, however, greedy forces in the world that threaten his dream, his livelihood, his everything. Steve has no choice but to come up with a plan, a strategy -- a campaign! -- to save the day. And during a once in a life time encounter with a living legend, a real-life GOAT, Steven Savitch comes up with… Fat Camp.
What is Fat Camp (terrible name, we know), you ask. It’s a six-week boot camp (not really) designed to whittle the waists (maybe) of eight lucky participants (that might be a stretch, both the “lucky” and the “participants” parts). Can these strangers (except for the Twins, they know each other rather well) come together to achieve their goals? If they make it through, will they come out on the other side having gained more than they lost? Dear Reader, there is only one way for you to find out!
For Steven, a whole lot must go right while very little can go wrong in order to pull this off. Oh! One last thing; He needs the help of his parents (his Dad might be nuts), and that just opens a whole other can of worms, doesn’t it? But he can’t do it without them. Fences must be mended.
Fat Camp is a story written to both warm your heart and tickle your funny bone, with a cast of unforgettable characters (one or two, you might want to forget about, but you won't. Not ever) who you will want to share with your nearests and dearests.
Read on to find out if What goes down at Fat Camp, Stays down at Fat Camp.
