Changing Book Title?

This book hasn't yet been published or listed for preorder. Goodreads is its only listing. Am I safe to change the book title at this point? I own the (Canadian) ISBN and the ISBN office is fine with me changing the the title while it's unpublished.

Have review copies gone out with the current title?

No review copies have gone out. No preorders are online. The only two online entries are the one book page here on Goodreads and in my ISBN logbook. And the ISBN people said, at this point they're fine with me changing the title.
