The Wordsworth 2004 edition (ISBN: 9781840221336, ISBN10: 184022133X) of Boccaccio's Decameron has an alternate cover edition with the detail of a falconer from a painting. A Google search with the book's IBSN number should come up with a listing for a copy of that cover version for sale on Amazon at present.

The only Wordsworth 2004 edition of the book listed on Goodreads that I can find is the one with the ring of people wearing white on its cover. Could this alternate cover edition with the falconer be added to the list?
