Xavier stood up and opened his canteen, walking over to the stream. He stared over his shoulder at the enemy tributes whilst filling it up.

Verene walked near Xavier. "She is pretty." Verene said.

"Well with that daggr in your hand it sure looks like you are." Verene said. Wrapping her arms around his waist.
"Yeah," He said cautiously, closing the canteen as it filled to the top. He wondered why she cared. Maybe she was trying to gain trust, then kill him.

"Okay I am not going to kill your girlfriend or you today. So you can stop acting like a protective ass." Verene snapped.

"Says the married simp," He said, rolling his eyes. Xavier stood with his filled canteen and walked toward the forest again. "Whatever. This is a waste of time. What do you want, anyway?"
"I want nothing, I just want to help." Verene said shrugging
I don't know but i don't want to hurt you, so you can call of your protective boyfriend off if you want." Verene said she want to help but doesn't know how to.

"Says the married simp," Xavier repeated, laughing slightly. "Also, I'm so sorry that I want my first love to stay in my life. So sorry."
She brushed off the words that Xavier said. " Or maybe i should just kill both of you for not being nice to us. We haven't cause any threats but you refuse our help. I said i don' want to hurt you." Verene said.
"Ha Xavier and what you don't think I want Blake with me. We all want our love ones to live another day. Survive another day in the games. Don't think your the only one who has something to loose." Verene said.
"When have you been nice to us? Not to mention, to me? Do you remember anything in the Training Center?" He asked, beginning to hold up his bow. "Also, stop acting like you're the only one who can kill here."

"oh yeah and how you also acted like an ass." Verene snapped. She was about to strangle him but decided not too. "Calm down, Calm Down." Was all she said to herself.
"When?" Xavier, who was getting a bit pissed off, was genuinely confused what the hell she was talking about.
"Nevermind, ugh well right now your being an ass. You know Me, Blake, and Alex can take you down easily right now but we aren't, because we are done with blood shed for now we are done fighting. I am wanting to help but you are being to cynical!" Verene yelled.
"Stop acting like you're the only one who can kill here, oh my god," He said, taking deep breaths to calm himself down. At this point, Xavier was just watching Verene lash out. Be the bigger person, he reminded himself.
"I know you can fight, but seriously 2 against 3 that is an advantage. And plus me and Blake had been doing what you been doing your entire life since we were kids." Verene calmed down. "So can we just move past that and just help each other?"
"Now do you need any medecine?" Verene asked.
"No," Xavier said simply. He still didn't trust her fully.
"Okay," She said then going to the trees. "Just trying to help that's all."
"I don't need it," Xavier said, although it would be nice to have just in case.
"See why don't you listen to your precious Girlfriend." Verene said.
"Wow you actually speak." Verene said. She is done she was trying to help but now she sees where she is not wanted.

"So I suggest you guys go to a place where there are no tributes." Verene then left and gone to the trees.

"Blake, they don't want our help so let not bother them anymore." Verene said.

Verene went still, "Blake come on, your going get them angry, Look." She pointed to Angel's clenched hands. "She is already getting angry and God knows if she is Xavier is." Verene said.

Verene walked over to blake and whispered into his ear. "Stop please, i just want some peace before the capitol takes over." She gave him her best begging eyes.
Verene went over to Angel. "Please forgive my husband. I know we all been stressed out lately. But please calm down. Don't give the Capitol a show." Verene then headed over to Blake and put her head to his chest.

Alex stepped in between Blake and the other tributes putting his hand on blakes chest. "Calm down bro. Your going to do something stupid that is going to get you killed"
"i don't care if i get killed as long as V doesn't" he spat still watching the tributes over alex's shoulder
"You die, Verene dies. Remember?"
that snapped blake out of it "right yeah. he turned to Verene "I'm sorry"
