Looking for a book that I read and I can't remember the name

The book that I looking for is about two friends that live in New York together they go to a club one evening one off friends meets a guy starts dating him all hang together the boyfriend has a brother who owns a club and invites them there that's when another girls starts dating his brother the brothers invite them to the house in the Hampton's they really rich they all go and meet a couple more friend 3 guys and a girl one of them house daughter who 4 I think
........... Think the second brother who the friend was all along and they didn't meet by chance he was trying to get revenge from her because her mother was the reason his girlfriend and mum and dad died his parents where driving his girlfriend to there Hampton's house where he going to propose to her the other lady was drink driving and hit there car they all died ....... The first book is about them the second book and his friend and his girlfriend the ones the might the Hampton's and there's book which haven't read which about the friend Sam I think that's his name the one with a daughter .....

If anyone can make out what I talking about please can u tell me name off the books I can't remember name's I think it's in the contemporary romance something like that please read and let me know thank you
