Claudia Klein | 6 comments Hi,
I've been slow to claim my books on my Goodreads author page. I went in to claim The Crown: An Epic Fantasy Royalty Adventure by Claudia Klein as well as The Wizard by Claudia Klein, which has 3 different formats on Goodreads. They've both already been claimed by an account that I think is pretending to be me. This account has 9 books claimed. 4 of them are books written by me; 1 is The Crown, 3 are different formats of The Wizard. I own the copyright on these books. The Crown was published on Amazon June 1, 2022. The Wizard was published on Amazon August 15, 2023. I already reported this account that is claiming my books and other books written by authors that share my pen name. What else can I do? Thanks

Sandra | 31511 comments No one is trying to be you.

When books are imported from amazon, they go to the one space profile, which is usually the default.

Your GR author profile is 2 spaces, so you need to request they be moved to your profile, if you don't actually add them yourself.

Moving them to your profile now.

Sandra | 31511 comments Books moved to your profile.

Next time, links to the books & your profile, would've been helpful.

Claudia Klein | 6 comments Awesome. Thanks! So glad it's not the big problem I was making it out to be. Where on the space profile that's not technically my profile was there an option to request to move them to my profile? I was looking and looking for that option and must have missed it. Thanks.

Noted.

Can I add a cover for The Wizard? It must be so new that the cover from Amazon hasn't been added yet or something. Or is adding the cover breaching GR policies? Thanks
