autoboyography by christina lauren is about a high school boy who writes a book for his novel writing class. it’s mlm though, not sapphic. eliza and her monsters by francesca zappia is about a high school girl who writes a webcomic, but that one is straight. atm i can’t think of any sapphic books with that premise.

Iris Kelly Doesn't Date is about a girl named Iris who is experiencing writer's block and fake dates a girl whom she had an unsuccessful one-night stand with to spark some ideas for her new novel.
