It's not about justification Dream, you can't JUSTIFY in this kind of scenario because it's showing how someone who wasn't at full capacity emotionally and mentally was making certain decision which were not right but there's a REASON for those decisions and instead of hating on her, if you have a heart, you'd see why you cannot necessarily BLAME her for the way she acted

I never said you hated her either and I never disagreed with you on that point, BUT I disagree with you saying that she was toxic after the initial 1-2 chapters

Seee and that's where all of this stems from. She doesn't do anything nearly as bad as what she did in the first 1-2 Chapters and the Prologue but the little things are there, and you have to remember that what happened during Prologue - Chapter 2 HAPPENED and it's the first introduction of Serena to us. Surely the author INTENDED to make a certain kind of impression of her to us to make the story go their direction
