i found out about momo when i was in 2nd grade too and the thing is like where i lived before we had a house and my brother and i were always afraid of walking in the hallway during the night because:
1. the hallway was dark. like always. the lights were never on in the night.
2. the entrance to the abandoned attic was right in the middle of the hallway
3. my brother and i were 100% convinced that momo and granny lived up there
