As always, any questions, let me know!

Just poking around to see if the new assignments are popping in and saw this.

Yes, more volunteers from your team increase the chances someone from your team is selected by the randomizer. Also if the person selected can't write DQs for some reason (life happens!) only other volunteers from their team can fill in for them. If there are no other volunteers it moves to the next team on the list and your team loses out on the bonus points.

Hope that helps!

I suppose the benefit is in the odds for someone in the group to be chosen!

Do we think this is enough red on the cover? At what point do we check in with TinyEye?

Melissa | 1896 comments I'd say that counts.

I think it's enough! :) So we'll go with that!
As far as tineye is concerned, I try to only use it if I'm really on the fence - which will most likely mean it's not going to work. lol

Daniel Hanson-Brown (dozerpup711) | 224 comments Quick question. When I finish the 2 I currently have on the spreadsheet would it be better to go for a location or a red cover? From what I can tell, they are both worth 5 points so does it matter which of the two I pick?

And for clarification, do we need yo have 10 different locations before we can reuse one?

message 221: by Brittany (new)

Brittany McCann (brittanylmccann) | 1266 comments Ashley wrote: "Brittany! You have "The Destroyer of Worlds (Matt Ruff)" on the SS, does it have at least a 50% presence in Chicago?"

Um probably very close to that

message 222: by Ashley (new)

Ashley Basile (smashreads) | 1568 comments Daniel, both are of equal value, so do what you find most entertaining.

As far as your other question... Sort of. We need to still have 10 unique locations, but it doesn't matter how many times we repeat it, and the order we get them doesn't matter. At least, that's how I understood it, after I read it 12 times to confirm.

message 232: by Ashley (new)

We can use Sydney or Melbourne, so Moriarty is a great go to. I've read several of her books, and just didn't feel like doing another yet.

Trial and error and google!
TBH, google sheets isn't that difficult, if you know what you want the formula to do, then you can usually work it out (or google it)... lol
