It stands for reverse harem, I feel like its also most commonly known as a why choose romance.

I've updated the team list in message #4 and the team threads are open!Please check in with your team and let me know who is going to be your team leader for this round. It is nothing super critical, no real tracking or anything needed. Mostly just a contact person for me and someone to make sure decisions get made when needed. 😊
