what to do when u feel overwhelmed with school?

ashley's reading space | 14 comments im in my 3rd year of hs and already feeling super exhausted and drained :( theres not enough time in a day to both study and relax, and ive got too much work to do that even taking breaks make me feel super guilty and stressed out. i haven't been maximizing my grades yet and its only the start of the year. any advice?

sunreadx | 46 comments also you can try romantisizing studying to make it easier for you and also everyone needs breaks so don't feel guilty :))

ella x  | 15 comments im in my 4th year of hs and having a plan/schedule for when you do things helps and giving up any breaks/lunchtimes helps to sit and get what studying/homework you have done so when you get home you can actually have downtime and relax

Violet | 64 comments This is probably not helpful, but I’m in 7th grade, but I find, everyday, just take five minutes just for me. Do whatever you want that will make you feel better, if you paint or do yoga or whatever, but plan when you’re going to set aside those five minutes
