Shrivrae | 9 comments 4 editions of The Dunwich Horror album in different languages (Polish one is waiting to be added).

English: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...
French: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/6...
German: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...
Russian: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...

English and Russian ones should be separated from other text-only editions like every other album with François Baranger as an Illustrator.

David Raz (davidraz) | 12997 comments First, this seems to be the same work, so the English and Russian ones should note be separated. On the contrary, all editions should be combined (done). Having different illustrations does not make it a different work.

Second, combining does not necessitate a superlibrarian. Please post future requests in the 'Book & Author Page Issues' folder.

Shrivrae | 9 comments Oh, the Call of Cthulhu (https://www.goodreads.com/work/editio...) and At the Mountains of Madness (https://www.goodreads.com/work/editio...) albums are separated from the original works so I thought this one should be like that, too.

Sorry for the mistake, I'll remember it for the next time. Thank you for your help!

David Raz (davidraz) | 12997 comments I peeked inside the books and found that they are credited as "A short story [or novella] by H.P. Lovecraft, illustrated by François Baranger." This notation clarifies that Baranger's contribution is in the form of illustrations rather than an adaptation, which would constitute a distinct work. Consequently, these editions should be combined with other versions of the short story/novella, if available.

I combined "The Dunwich Horror" and "The Call of Cthulhu". As for "The Mountains of Madness", I could not find another release in two volumes, so there is no target to combine.

Shrivrae | 9 comments I see, I'm glad I mentioned that, then. Thank you again!
