I've never annotated a book before but I've always wanted to. I just don't know how to get started.

Only non-fiction ones so I can remember the important points/find them easily if I decide to re-read. With fiction, I don't really like to over-analyse it, because I find that this kills the 'magic' lol

I was afraid to at first but now I love it. I mainly only do it for romance and fantasy books and my annotations are super in-depth, it's just highlighting cute moments and quotes I like

yes, but not too much on physical books. i just put tabs and a few highlights here and there. ( i highlight a LOT on my kindle though) it's nice. it helps to know where all the good quotes are for reviews, and you can easily go back to a place you liked.

i started a few weeks ago, and yeah it was kind of scary beacuse i was afraid to mess up. I mostly highlight or underline cute/sad moments and quotes i like. And put tabs in it

I love it! It's so much fun to record my thoughts as I read so I can go back and look at them later or during a reread. plus its pretty. :)
