Conor Powell (cpcp) | 38 comments Hiring an editor can be tough, and deciding who to work with and what information they will need to work on your book can feel a big task.

So, to help, I've added a page to my website that highlights some of the things you can consider doing before hiring an editor to make their lives easier and their work better.

The more you give them, the more energy they'll have to focus on the work you need done (and therefore the cheaper the editing process will be!).
