DJ Clark (darelljclark) | 3 comments I asked AI to recommend me some books for the remainder of the year, using a bit of a guideline to stay within (Thriller/Mystery). What I would like to ask, since I haven't actually read any of these, is how did my AI pal do with their recommendations? I also asked them to keep holidays and seasons in mind when determining the books during the given timeframes.

October:

1. The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides - A psychological thriller with a shocking twist.
2. In the Woods by Tana French - A haunting mystery set in the Irish countryside.
3. The Woman in the Window by A.J. Finn - A suspenseful tale of a woman who thinks she witnesses a crime.
4. The Whisper Man by Alex North - A chilling thriller about a father and son entangled in a town's dark history.
5. Mexican Gothic by Silvia Moreno-Garcia - A Gothic horror mystery set in a remote Mexican mansion.

November:

1. Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn - A gripping psychological thriller about a woman's mysterious disappearance.
2. The Reckoning by John Grisham - A legal thriller with a historical mystery at its core.
3. The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern - An atmospheric fantasy novel with a touch of mystery and romance.
4. The Secret History by Donna Tartt - A dark and atmospheric campus murder mystery.
5. The 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle by Stuart Turton - A mind-bending mystery with a time-loop twist.

December:

1. Hercule Poirot's Christmas by Agatha Christie - A classic Christie mystery set during the holiday season.
2. The Snowman by Jo Nesbø - A chilling Scandinavian crime thriller perfect for winter.
3. Let It Snow by John Green, Maureen Johnson, and Lauren Myracle - A heartwarming holiday-themed collection of interconnected stories.
4. The Thirteenth Tale by Diane Setterfield - A Gothic mystery with a wintery atmosphere.
5. The Polar Express by Chris Van Allsburg - A delightful children's book to bring some holiday cheer.
