Book merged onto incorrect record

Greetings,
I came across this title today which is on a record for a different book by the same author:

The Story of Little Billy Bluesocks is NOT the same story as the record it has been merged with: The Story of the Butterfly Children. It should be separated from that title and given its own record.
The original title for The Story of Little Billy Bluesocks is not "Im Schmetterlingsreich," that is the orginal title for The Story of the Butterfly Children (it literally means "in the butterfly kingdom.")
The three-star review by Abigail indicates that the original title for Bluesocks is "Butze Butze Bübchen."
The Story of Little Billy Bluesocks is about a little boy's day doing various activities.
The Story of the Butterfly Children is about little human/butterfly children receiving their wings.
Same author, two completely different stories.
Is it possible to separate Bluesocks from the Butterfly record?
