How do you know quotes from it but not the plot?

I've seen these characters asked about before - here on Goodreads (https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...) and on Reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/whatsthatboo... and https://www.reddit.com/r/whatsthatboo...).

As far as I can tell, no one has actually read the book, and apparantly the quotes came from an Instagram account that has since been deleted. Searching for a book with these characters turns up nothing, so my best guess is that it's a work in progress, or the quotes were simply written for the 'aesthetic' with no intention to write a complete book, or they were taken from a site like Wattpad where the story has since been deleted.
