ada ⟡ (ladyonfire) | 1 comments Hi everyone!
I am processing a lot recently with the works of Brene Brown (topics of vulnerabilities, shame, perfectionism, etc).
The Gifts of Imperfection

I discovered that the author created Read-along materials, which readers can use while reading a particular book. I am pretty excited to read this book with anyone who is interested in processing Shame. I Thought It Was Just Me: Women Reclaiming Power and Courage in a Culture of Shame

There are free writing practices to do while reading: https://brenebrown.com/resources/risi...

So if you are interested in this, please let me know
P.S. I'm sorry, if it's not okay to post something like this here, I just didn't find a specific topic to make suggestions... Maybe we can vote to make this book a BOTM in the future? Maybe it will help to encourage readers to participate..
