Isaac Asimov Presents The Great SF Stories 1: 1939 and Isaac Asimov Presents the Great SF Stories 1 seem to be duplicates. The former has no ISBN, and seems to be the first edition, as does the latter (while Isaac Asimov Presents the Great SF Stories 1 seems to be the third printing). Please delete Isaac Asimov Presents The Great SF Stories 1: 1939.

#1 Done, but this is much more complicated than you presented
First, the facts. The cover price on the 1st edition is $2.25 with ISBN 0879974540. This was replaced with $2.95 on the third printing and ISBN 0879977000.
On the first link you provided there was an incorrect cover change by an uninformed librarian, changing from the $2.25 cover to the $2.95 one, I reverted it.
On the second link you provided the ISBN was 0879974540 but the cover was the the $2.95 one. I corrected it to the Amazon $2.25 one.
After doing that, indeed these editions were identical so I merged them per your request. The bottom line is the same as you requested.

#2 not done. These are different covers, one with cover price $2.25 on the one and $2.50 on the other. I heard that if you open the latter you will see it is actually a Canadian print.

However, with #1, the primary edition is now an Italian-language edition, which rather messes up its entry in the series: https://www.goodreads.com/series/3762... (it's at the bottom because I deleted and re-added it to see if that helped, and I can't move it on my iPad).

Is there a way to fix this?

It might solve itself over time, or it might not. I don't know of a way to fix it. You can try to contact support and ask them to set the default edition.
