Does anyone know if you have to read the Ten Tiny Breaths Series by K.A. Tucker in order or can you read them as standalones?

I’ve only read book 1 a long time ago but everywhere I’ve looked suggests to read them in order.

I just googled and went by some bloggers sites. Tucker also has a site , it’s not super elaborate but it does list them in order in a series so I figured that’s probably the best way to tackle them.

I tried her Goodreads questions but there was not much to go on there.

Try this blog, see if it helps. She hasn’t been blogging for a few years but the books were out at the time .

Thank you so much. I needed to ask my local library to buy book 1 and 2 because they didn't have them, only books 3-5.
