hey everyone!! does anyone have advice for me? I want to start listening to Sabrina Carpenter but my parents are SOOO strict and have to approve of my music choices. I think they'll say no :(( does anyone have any tips on how to ask them if I can listen to her?

Mollie, there are two versions of her albums, the explicit one, and a clean one, without swearing. Your parents might let you listen if you show them the clean version!

At the very least, you could start with that and see what your parents say. If you're able to look up the lyrics to songs before you add them to your playlist, you might be able to filter out the ones you don't think your parents would like. And like Mayra pointed out, there are clean versions of her explicit songs (though some songs marked as clean, like "Slim Pickings", still have bad words).
