John Macgregor | 4 comments As we humans are heading toward a 'polycrisis' - an interlocking system of crises that promise to finish us off - I thought a book on the first causes of this, & how to reverse them, may be helpful.

Thus 'The Mechanics of Changing the World: political architecture to roll back state & corporate power'.

I'm aiming for a publication date of November 22, 2023.

Anyone who wants a free pdf or ePUB, to either give me feedback or review it, would be welcome.

Bio from my website:

In the years after his novel 'Propinquity' won the Adelaide Festival's Biennial Award for Literature, John Macgregor wrote the story development for the Australian movie 'Shine'; worked as a political aide to the federal leader of the Australian Democrats; was deported from East Timor while reporting on human rights abuses by the Indonesians; interviewed three prime ministers for the metro dailies; won Australia's investigative journalism award for exposing an FBI scandal; and reported from Burma on slave labour under the generals for 'The New York Times'.
