This edition of "Communion with God" (9781800402720) has 244 pages of text, with 246 pages if you include the publishers information at the end.

As a side note, I've also noticed the publisher is missing from Goodreads for this edition. If it's possible to add that too, the publisher is "The Banner of Truth Trust".
